• Purchase records and gem balance details related to in-app billing flows.
• Location details when a user chooses to tag a nearby place on a post.
• Media, text, or audio you choose to submit through supported app features.
• Permission signals related to camera, microphone, speech recognition, photo library, and tracking choices.

3. How We Use Information

• Show feeds, profiles, saved looks, and post details across the service.
• Let users create and manage photo posts, video posts, captions, and tagged locations.
• Process gem purchases and apply credits to eligible premium actions.
• Moderate the community, review reports, and respond to support or deletion requests.
• Support normal feature operation, service stability, and account-related requests.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We share information with service providers only when needed to operate Boldly, process purchases, or deliver maps. These provider categories include app-store billing, map services, hosting, and infrastructure support. We contractually require those recipients to provide equivalent protection or the same level of protection for the data they receive.

We keep account, billing, moderation, and community records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

Users can edit profile details, remove posts, manage permissions through iOS settings, and contact us about privacy or deletion requests. To ask about your rights or request help, email support@boldly.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Boldly is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the service, contact us so we can review the report and remove the information when required.

Image and Media Access

Camera and photo library access are used only after a user chooses to capture or select media for a profile or a post. Media saved by the user is handled through the user photo library on the iPhone.

Audio Processing

Microphone and speech recognition access are used only after a user chooses to record or submit audio in supported features inside the app.

Analytics and Advertising

Boldly requests tracking permission so we can measure installs, understand campaign performance, and keep recommendations useful. Users can control this choice through iOS permission prompts and settings.

Purchases and Billing

In-app purchases are used to recharge gems for premium actions. Payment processing is handled by the platform billing system, and Boldly does not receive raw payment-card details from that purchase flow.

User Content and Community

Posts, saved looks, captions, comments, reports, and profile details are used to power the community feed, saved gallery, profile surfaces, and moderation tools.

Service Operations

Boldly may rely on standard supporting services for hosting, billing, maps, and day-to-day product operations. When those services handle information on our behalf, they are required to protect it in line with their contractual obligations and applicable law.
